Camis by Dani offers handmade custom apparel and personalized gifts. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.

2. Products

Each item is handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, and appearance may occur. We strive to ensure product photos accurately represent the final product, but colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, sizes, colors, and personalization details.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are separate from shipping times. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Camis by Dani is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. Because our products are custom made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, photographs, and website content are the property of Camis by Dani unless otherwise noted.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Customer Content

If you submit artwork, logos, or images for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camis by Dani shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
