Do you accept returns?

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.
Can I upload my own logo or design?

Yes! You can upload your artwork or email it to danielah@camisbydani.com. We'll review your design before production to ensure the best possible print quality.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for schools, sports teams, businesses, family reunions, and other group orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
When do I pay?

Payment is required before production begins. Since every item is made specifically for you, we start creating your order after payment is received.
Where do we ship and how long does shipping take?

We proudly ship anywhere in the United States. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking so you can follow your order. All orders typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number with your order. Estimated shipping is 3-7 business days.
