Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Processing times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Camis by Dani is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We'll gladly assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not available.
