Return & Refund Policy

At Camis by Dani LLC, every item is handmade and made to order with care. Because each product is customized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalized items.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items ordered in the wrong size

• Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at danielah@camisbydani.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

• We determine there was an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
